Payment is to be made immediately on completion by a check DD/ pay order favoring outstanding in any of the metro cities in India. For Corporate accounts on presentation of our bills, after completion of the job and a purchase order from the organization is a must for availing this facility.
A written order to be given by you accepting our offer or a copy of this quote may be endorsed in acceptance of our offer.

Our Charges exclude the filling of Petrol! Diesel/ Oil for Motor Cars( Min. Petrol of 10 letters should be in the car as we’ve to drive down the car to the loading place at the origin and from the unloading place to your residence at the destination.) Xerox Copy of RC! Insurance to be provided by you for Car Transport.
Storage services if availed will be billed quarterly in advance.
The value of goods for insurance should be declared individually at the time of packing as per the Inventory/ packing list. Express International Packers and Movers will insure the goods through the approved insurance companies and a certificate will be provided on request.
All motor vehicle values are determined by the value in the insurance policy.
Declare the reasonable value as the same will be reviewed by the insurance company.
Express International Packers and Movers won’t be liable to settle any existing damages! Refrigerator or Air conditioner gas leakages Damage claim rectification/ settlement will be done based on the insurance surveyor report subject to approval from the Insurance Company.
The insurance coverage includes the total loss of goods due to accidents breakage in transit, external damages if found while unpacking at the time of delivery. Any moving- in/ moving- out charges payable to apartment associations are to be paid by you.
Jewelry, currency, valuable papers documents including negotiable instruments, coins, collections, and software programs. Passage of times i.e., perishable goods alcoholic beverages, damages caused by leakage of other fluids in the consignmentviz., oil, paint, printer cartridges,etc.
